Flamboyant, expressive, and just a little bit cheeky. Much like the Pink Sheep’s Lotus Flower, grown even in the harshest of conditions (rain excluded), Pinot Noir will produce a Rose with finesse and beauty. This is a wine that radiates purity and a second glass has been known to evoke a sense of enlightenment. Crushed red berries with watermelon, citrus and baked peach for starters, followed by a tease of vanilla custard, all held together by a burst of fresh acidity for a long, dry finish. Delicate, intricate, but never shy on personality.
